Richmond Skippers Netball Club is a not-for-profit community group that aims to assist girls to get involved in Netball. We focus on developing these girls in a supportive and safe environment, helping them build confidence that supports them in all aspects of their life.

We currently have 11 teams playing in the Yarra Netball Competition.

About Us

We Recognise

  • Some families in our community face financial, time, or cultural constraints that make team sport participation difficult
  • Team sport offers values towards such as fitness, mental wellbeing, and teamwork.
  • Providing positive role models for youngsters to develop friendships, confidence, and sporting ability.
  • Inclusivity at the wider net club consists players from financially vulnerable backgrounds, disability friendly, people with with disabilities, and many players.
